Processing
Processing includes verification of credit, charge card, billing or shipping information or clarification of other issues. Please provide us with contact information that will enable us to reach you in case we have questions about your order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow for time needed for processing when calculating delivery time.
LE-Adapter, Support Bar, Stepping Rings are the only products we can currently ship outside the US.
US Postal Service
Our products are shipped via USPS and are insured whenever possible but are not trackable. Shipping times vary due to differences in shipping procedures between countries.

DAMAGE OR LOSS
If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-530-549-4257 within 10 calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.
Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from
