LensPlus Return Policy:

For the LE-Adapter and the Walter Monoculars we offer a 30 day no-hassle return policy…if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with either product please contact us and we will promptly credit your account or forward a refund.

Cameras and other accessories may be returned for a period of 14 days from receipt of shipment. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). These items will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition, in original cartons with original packaging, accessories, parts, and instructions.

We do not accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in shipping. We suggest that you insure your package for return.

Refunds for credit card charge purchases will be credited to the original credit account number used at the time of purchase. Credit for your return may appear in your credit card billing as late as the 2nd billing cycle after the return. Refunds of purchases made by check or money order will be made by check within:

• 2 weeks of the return and/or 
• 2 weeks after the original purchase check has cleared our bank.
